As per our privacy statement, we only collect data required to complete any transaction you place with us. We do not sell, share or distribute any information you provide with any other third party unless directed under UK Law.
For all online orders for delivery, Paypal is accepted. Order placed for delivery at a local event, or by pre-agreed collection can be made using Paypal, Cash on Collection or BACS transfer(with prior agreement)
Orders placed before 4 PM on a business day for items in stock will be posted the next working day via Royal Mail second class, or via courier service of our choosing. Express next day delivery and Signed for can be arranged for larger orders. Orders over value of £50 may be sent via tracked delivery at our discretion.
Pre-agreed collection can be made on orders, the items will be brought along to the next event and released once payment has been made and cleared. Please note that items reserved for collection and not paid for within 7 days will be released and the order cancelled.
If you wish to return an item, you must first contact us for a returns number. Returns for unwanted items will be accepted if returned and received within 30 days of the date of shipping, they must be unopened, unused and in a resalable condition to qualify for a refund of the value of the goods minus p&p costs. Postage costs are the responsibility of the returner, items should be sent tracked to ensure you can prove receipt back to HAMTronics.uk. We accept no liability for items lost in the post when not tracked.
Items faulty will be replaced with another unit or refunded if out of stock, please contact us for a returns number. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the seller, but the replaced item will be posted at our cost.
Items found not to be faulty or that have been damaged/incorrectly installed in a kit by the user will be subject to a handling fee which will be deducted from any refund payment.
Items covered under Manufactures Warranty
Items which are specifically covered by a manufacturers warranty, hamtronics.uk will assist as best it can with supporting any warranty claims with the manufacturer. Where items sold are found to be faulty in the first 30 days from date of delivery, hamtronics.uk shall return the item to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. After this period the purchaser should deal directly with the manufacturer for the best service. No warranty is granted or implied by hamtronics.uk on any products sold unless specifically detailed on the product page.
Please note that whilst we take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of our listings, sometimes due to manufacturing variations or supplier variations the product may differ slightly to images shown on the website. However, all items will be compatible and provide at least the specifications described on the website. Items received that differ will be accepted as a return following the returns policy above.
Kits are not provided with any warranty other than to ensure the components will arrive in working condition. Once a customer has constructed a kit, fault finding and damaged item replacement is the sole responsibility of the customer and HAMTronics.uk make no warranty granted or implied.
HAMtronics.uk accept no liability for damage to any customer equipment used in conjunction with products. You should ensure you have tested and understood the implications of attaching, using, modifying, bypassing or in any other way using our products with your own equipment.
